All prices on Logan Gold Buyers are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). We only accept AUD.

We do not accept USD, EUR, GBP, NZD, cryptocurrencies (e.g. BTC/ETH/USDT), or any other foreign currency.

If your payment was declined, don’t worry! There are alternative ways to complete your purchase.

What You Can Do

1. Try Again – Double-check your payment details and try processing the payment again.
2. Use a Different Payment Method – Consider using a bank transfer, credit card, or cash on pickup.
3. Visit a Store – You can visit your nearest Gold Brokers store and place your order in person. Please call ahead to check if stock is available before visiting.

When Will I Be Charged for My Order?

Your payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your order.

Payment Timing by Method

1. Bank Transfer – Payment must be completed before your order is processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
2. Credit Card – Charged immediately at checkout.
3. Cash on Pickup – Payment is made when you collect your order in-store.

I want to make a loan repayment - how do I do this?

Making a repayment on your loan is simple. You have two options:

• Online Payment: Follow the instructions provided on your loan invoice to make a secure payment online.
• In-Store Payment: Visit our Logan store to pay in person. Cash payments are accepted in-store.
