2. Send It via Post

How It Works
- Package any gold/silver/platinum securely in a padded envelope.
- Include your details: full name, address, phone number, email, bank account details and copy of your ID (drivers license or passport). If you have a Gold Brokers account, no need to include ID as your already verified.
- Send via Express Post with Signature on Delivery to Gold Brokers Group: GB Group LGB - Suite 401, 180 Queen Street, Brisbane 4000
- Take a photo of the parcel and keep your tracking number.
- Once your parcel arrives, our team will:
- Inspect and verify the contents
- Lock in the buyback price at the time of arrival using live market rate prices
- Contact you to let you know how much we'll pay you
- Confirm your decision
- Process your payment (typically within 1 business day)

3. Sell From Secure Storage
If you have a Gold Brokers account with metals stored in secure vaults across the Gold Brokers network, selling is incredibly simple.

- Visit the Secure Storage section of your Portfolio
- Select your stored metal item
- Click Sell or Convert to Unallocated (Pool)
We’ll lock in the market price at the time of your request, and if selling, transfer the funds to your saved bank account – typically the same or next business day.
