Do I need an online account to buy or sell in-store?
No, you do not need an online account to buy or sell bullion in-store. Our retail stores operate on a separate system, so transactions completed in person are processed independently from our website.
This means any bullion you purchase or sell in-store will not automatically appear in your online account or portfolio.
If you prefer to manage your holdings online - including viewing balances, tracking prices, or buying and selling digitally - you can create an account on our website at any time.
For customers who wish to store bullion purchased in-store within their online portfolio, our support team can assist with adding the holdings manually where applicable.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required! You’re welcome to simply walk into our Logan store during business hours and our team will assist you.
