How do I track the status of my order?

At Logan Gold Buyers, we make it easy to track the status of your order. You will receive email updates each time your order status changes, keeping you informed every step of the way.

You can also track your order directly from your account:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to the "My Orders" section.
3. Click on the order you want to track to see its current status and details.

How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?

At Logan Gold Buyers, every order goes through a secure multi-step process before it’s ready for shipment, pickup, or storage. This includes bullion allocation, verification, and, when required, transfer between our distribution and vault locations.

Because of this, fulfillment may take from a few days up to 4 weeks depending on stock availability and logistics. Rest assured, our team works quickly to ensure your order is processed with the highest level of accuracy and security.

You’ll receive an email notification the moment your order is ready - whether that’s prepared for shipping, collection at your chosen location, or setup in secure storage.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! Logan Gold Buyers offers in-store pickup for your convenience.

How to Select Pickup for Your Order

1. When placing your order, choose Pickup as your delivery option.
2. Select Logan Gold Buyers or any other store location for pickup.
3. Complete your order as usual.

When Will My Order Be Ready?

Orders are fulfilled through our secure distribution network. Depending on stock location and allocation requirements, preparation may take from a few days up to 4 weeks before your order is ready for collection.

Please wait for an email notification before heading to your pickup store as stock will not be available. Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with further instructions.

Yes! Logan Gold Buyers offers secure and insured delivery for all gold and silver purchases.

How Does Delivery Work?

1. Select Delivery at Checkout - Choose a shipping option that suits you.
2. Order Processing - Once your payment is confirmed, we securely pack your order.
3. Shipping & Tracking - You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
